1. Do make the most of the early moments of the day. During the night you have been out traveling in the cosmos and beyond, so when you come back in, don’t miss the chance to program your day while you are still reconnecting. Once you are back in and all the synapses that make up “you” are reconnected the moment has passed. So program in something like, “I will experience just how extraordinary everyone is today.” or, “Today I will feel enhanced healing capabilities in ways I can easily recognize.” Say it out loud and say it three times.
2. Do not be late for your first appointment. Make it something you would like to do or someone you would like to see. Do what you must to start the day. The more you feel rushed, the more mass density you will impale yourself upon. When you stay loose, you can stay in control and never work yourself up into a vicious velocity.
3. Remember - it’s an open head we are going for here, so train yourself to take frequent flower-smelling breaks. It can be in the middle of a conversation with a client. Just go within, say, “Remember” and let it shift a little. Remember what? Oh, how about Remember-this guy needs love more than most, or Remember-there’s a whole other world of light just behind the fearful one we can see so easily.
4.Do push yourself to become more productive, more focused during your work time. We are calling it work for a reason, yes? Not only does it make work time shorter or juicier, but it keeps your brain alive and young to keep the challenge up.
5.Do learn to notice when your energy turns inward. You are dense, worried, planning, chewing, chewing, ChewingMind in this state. Bad dog! The instant you notice, however, you are back in the present, your energy is turning outward again. Having trouble with getting it re-directed? Try doing something for someone. And do it right away. Call that elderly relative, brush your cat, rub your friend’s shoulders - just get outside of your head.
6. When you notice you are irritated, disgusted, repulsed, angry for ANY reason….stop and love yourself for being irritated, etc. The absolute quickest way to go from thick head to open head is raise your vibe with love. Love yourself first, then it radiates out….And You have a nice, loose Space head! WHOOOHOOOOO!!
7. Definitely do, at least once an hour, stop to refresh. Put down your cellphone, let go of your mouse, your whatever and just stop. Let in God, the Universe, the Whoosh of life as you know it, and just hook in. Don’t let go until you feel, experience, a shift - away from density toward space awareness.
