Well, I gotta say this Michael Phelps is from another planet. ALL of the Olympic swimmers look like fish, or frogs. But he delivers just the way we love. He is superhuman in his swimming ability, and he is open and fresh when he is interviewed. Somehow he seem transparent enough that we just might crawl inside his skin and have his experience for ourselves.
But the real reason we feel that connection is because minds are joined. And because he seems like such a nice guy (always looking to his mother in the stands) we want to accept him….as ours.
He’s a great athlete, a great guy.
